If I was close, I would buy the shit out of it and DD it as-is with the intent to fix it up...gorgeous old cars, and with regular, required maintenance as per Citroen’s original instructions, they will run like a top and are surprisingly reliable, even the oleopneumatic suspension. The little engine in the DS may never have been fast, but it’s the same basic simple old 4-cyl from the beautiful old Traction Avant...so that engine has been around in one form or another since the 1930’s! :)
Parts are not THAT hard to get ahold of too, if need be. Canada has a very helpful and friendly Citroen club as well if anybody we’re going to bring it up here where I’m from! :)

You have to buy this now. It’s a moral imperative.
Also, Panhard PL17 in the background.

Very NP. I’ve always wanted a DS, and if I had the garage space, I’d be driving over there right now.
The fact that the hydraulic fluid is low is slightly worrying and points to bad seals somewhere in the system, but even so, the hydraulics aren’t really any more complicated than your conventional brake system, there’s just more of it.
